Our Organizational Leadership Coaches are members of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and certified through the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program.

Your ability to influence others or derailing behaviors under stress are examples of what could get in the way of you being an effective leader. Improving your performance as a leader starts with self-awareness. Quicksmarts partners with you to gain that awareness and build from there.
Leadership isn’t easy work; it never has been and never will be. Leaders face crucibles all the time. A coach can help you reflect and learn from past experiences so that you can leverage them as a growth and development opportunity. A coach can help you gain self-awareness necessary for you to refine and close the gap between your current self and your ideal self. Organizational Leadership development programs
Leaders develop and learn through experience. That is why Quicksmarts offers a number of leadership development experiences that range from classroom workshops to outdoor scenarios. We design a challenging, engaging, and fun environment where participants learn leader skills and then get a chance to practice them. In addition, we provide follow-on coaching packages to help reinforce the learning.

Leaders influence innovation and change in organizations. With the right leadership, your team—and the innovators on your team—has the potential to become a creative powerhouse. Design Thinking is a way to tap into that creativity, to open your team to collaborative interdisciplinary thinking. You can lead and influence your team to solve problems together using the iterative design thinking process.
We offer workshops based on our professional experiences and what we learned at the Stanford d.school that teach the basics of the methodology tailored to an organization’s needs. Our follow-on coaching packages reinforce the learning and help integrate new skills into the organizations innovation processes. Implementing the design thinking process in organizations can ensure that leaders identify the right problems and find solutions.
Improving as a leader starts with self-awareness. To learn, grow, and develop as a leader, it is important to understand and know yourself and your impact on others. How you impact others has an effect on organizational performance, because your co-workers, direct reports, superiors, and peers have to live with your behaviors. Self-awareness is the foundation of leadership, and without it you cannot effectively manage relationships.
Quicksmarts Coaching uses a variety of psychometric assessments to help our clients “see themselves” and create more self-awareness. For some clients, one assessment is suitable for their situation and goals. For others, depending on their goals and current situation, multiple assessments serving different purposes might be more appropriate. The data from these assessments helps inform both the client and coach as the coaching experience continues.
When appropriate, we collaborate with our client’s employers to support their talent development programs.
